Enterprise Inns expects to profit from Smokefree legislation

Britain's second largest pub landlord, expects to profit from the Smokefree legislation which comes into force in England on 1 July 2007, by selling more food.

Ted Tuppen, chief executive, said: "The real opportunity comes where you have people who would not have gone to the pub in the past because it was smoky and they came out smelling of smoke."
